How to Request Account and Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and remove all associated personal data (such as your name, phone number, delivery address, and order history) from our servers, you can do so by following any of the methods below:

   

• Via Email Request: Send an email to our support team at support@bahumela.com using your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.

   

• Via Support Helpline: Call or WhatsApp our customer service at our official contact number to request immediate account termination.

Data Retention Policy

Please note that while we delete your active account and personal profile data, we may retain certain transactional records (such as completed order invoices) for a limited period as required by local legal, tax, or accounting regulations.
